Community Diagnostic Centre Survey

The new community diagnostic centres across mid and south Essex will bring those crucial tests closer to home, including in the communities that need them most. They will help enable earlier diagnosis, allowing us to catch cancer and other issues as quickly as possible, and save more lives.

We’ll be working with patient groups to ensure we put the right services into the right centres. We also want to hear from local people about what services they would like to be provided at the centres. This insight will help us to improve how life-saving tests are delivered in our area.

The survey should take around 15 minutes and you have until Wednesday 8th June to complete it.
