Pando – connecting with secondary care for advice
To support primary care colleagues Mid and South Essex University Hospitals Group has introduced a new, instant secure messaging app called Pando for use on devices such as mobile phones and tablets which is free to download and approved.
Getting Started on Pando
Setting up Pando can be done in 5 easy steps, taking no longer than 5 minutes;
- Pando can be accessed via an app on smart devices (free to download from the App Store or Google Play Store) or web browser via https://hellopando.com/
- Enter your email address from your organisation
- Complete your profile – you will be listed under your affiliated CCG
- Set up your 4 digit PIN code
- Give permission to receive push notifications
To Ask Advice
- Click on ‘Ask Advice’
- Click on ‘Search in Other Organisations’
- Type ‘MSE’ into the search box and you will see a list of MSE groups. Use the ones that say “MSE [specialty name] Advice”
The below table details which services are currently available on Pando and which services continue to be provided via eRS.
