Capacity Tracker

Thank you to all those who are completing the daily Capacity Tracker with infection control information, we continue to monitor your input through the local clinical hub for care homes. This helps us to help you in ensuring you have the resources you need at this time.  

It’s really important to update all sections daily so that we can support you with any outbreaks of infection. Every weekend we see a 50% drop off in the tracker being filled in. You can do this remotely from your mobile phone at home, even if you’re not in the work place at weekends.

A leaflet has been put together outlining how the Capacity Tracker can be accessed via a mobile app. This leaflet is also available via the resource centre on the tracker.

If you could ensure you fill this in on the tracker, it really will help with reducing the amount of telephone calls to you to find out how your care facility is faring. Further information, along with a helpful video on how to fill this in can be found above.
